Returns Policy
If you wish to return any items you must do so within 7 days of receiving them.
Please note that we do not accept any returns or give refunds on Gift Wrapping or Gift Vouchers.
Please ensure items are tried on when freshly showered and no perfumes, deodorant, make up, body cream or talcum powder is on the skin. When trying on pants or swimwear ensure that you are wearing pants already.
You need to return products by post. In order to avoid unnecessary delays in processing your refund, please ensure you use a clearly marked label and follow the instructions below carefully.
Return instructions
1. Returning from within the UK
Please use one of the Royal Mail Services that offer tracking and requires a signature at this end.
Returning from outside the UK
Please use a service that provides tracking and requires signature at this end.
2. Repackage the goods into their undamaged original packaging, ensuring that all tags are still in tact and there are no marks on the goods. We are unable to refund products that do not comply with this.
3. Put in a note with your goods indicating your reason for return and clearly stating whether you require a
refund or an exchange. Please feel free to email us first to check if we have an alternative product or to
seek advice (perfectly-petitelingerie@live.co.uk)
4. Affix your clearly marked label to the outside of your parcel. The address should read

5. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and obtain a proof of postage
6. Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Once we have received your return at our warehouse we will process your return within 24 hours. You should expect to see your refund in your account within 5 working days once you have received your 'Return refund complete' update email, please note some banks may take longer than 5 working days to process refund payment.
If you have not received your refund and it has been 10 working days since receiving your 'Return refund complete' update email, please contact our Customer Services on perfectly-petitelingerie@live.co.uk
