Deliveries are sent First Class Recorded Signed For delivery using Royal Mail. The price is set at £2.95. This delivery method gives you peace of mind that your order will come straight to your hands. If you're not at home when the postman calls, you will be able to collect your parcel from your sorting office at your convenience.

If the items are sent straight from our stock, you will receive them in 3 to 5 working days. If the item is on back order, the delivery could take between 5 and 10 working days.

If you need to know how quickly we can dispatch your item, please contact us prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment.

Express delivery is available, subject to having the item in stock, which is Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. The price is set at £6.00. Royal Mail state: we guarantee we’ll deliver your Special Delivery™ Next Day item before 1.00pm the next working day or we’ll refund your money. This guarantee does not apply if:

• We were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item
• The delivery address is in an area of the UK where we do not guarantee next day delivery
• We do not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has paid for our redirection services. The item will be forwarded to the new address using Special Delivery but the money back guarantee does not apply

You can use Special Delivery™ Next Day from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays.

If the item is not in stock and you have selected Express Delivery, we will notify you and refund your payment.
