At Perfectly Petite Lingerie Ltd we want you to have an enjoyable online shopping trip. Due to the personal nature of lingerie purchasing, there may be times when the products that you order are not exactly what you wanted or expected. If you find yourself in such a position, we will do our utmost to ensure that we continue to give you an excellent , customer focused service and have set down our Returns Policy for you to read and follow. This will ensure that we can respond to you quickly and effectively with your replacement product or a refund, whichever is the most appropriate.

Returns Policy
We accept the return of all goods only if they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 7 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less the delivery cost. Goods not received back in acceptable condition may be refused or a restocking fee applied.

We will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you for either of the following reasons:
1) the goods delivered to you are different to those ordered by you (this refers to the goods detailed in your confirmation email)
2) the goods delivered to you are damaged on arrival or faulty

Damaged Or Faulty Goods
You can always return goods if they are damaged or defective. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. If you find any goods to be damaged or faulty you must inform us within 7 working days of receipt of goods. If the goods are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery to you we will at our discretion repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

How To Return An Item
You must notify Perfectly Petite Lingerie Ltd by using the contact us link.

Please detail the following in your contact - your Order Reference Number, your email address, a daytime contact number, and a reason for the return. In the case of a damaged defective or faulty product, please provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible for you.

All returns must be sent back to us in their original Packaging. In the case of Damaged items where the Packaging itself is damaged please include the damaged packaging with the returned product. All labels and hygiene liner must still be in place.
